Services are provided to a foreign entity and no waste is imported into our country. The transport of waste from one country to another only passes through Poland without stopping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the situation described above, pursuant to art. 50 sec. 1 point 5) b) of the Act on Waste, the entity transporting the waste should register in the BDO register.
