Seminar on anti-monopoly law in China
At the turn of July and August, one of our lawyers – Tomasz Korolko took part in the seminar on anti-monopoly law enforcement in China, organized by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. For two weeks, together with over fourty officials from anty-monopoly offices and law firms from all over the world, he had opportunity to know the principles of chinese competition law. This relatively new area of law in China is developing dynamically and this year it is 10th anniversary of its existence. Apart from lectures, in the programme of the seminar there were also some practical elements, such as participation in discussion panels or visits to law firms in Beijing and Shanghai. The possibility to exchange experience in the practice of competition law with the participants from many countries, was additional benefit of the seminar.
Our presence on the seminar was our further step in knowing the Chinese market and developement of our relations with chinese lawyers (about the seminar last year, you can read here). Therefore we are able to provide legal services of our clients in China, of the highest level.
