Patent & Trademark Attorney (PL), European Patent Attorney (EQE) and European representative for trademarks and industrial designs (EUIPO). She specializes in handling applications and preparing opinions under the domestic, European (EPC) and International (PCT) procedures and in litigation proceedings concerning invalidation of the European patents.
She graduated from the Technical University of Lodz in the field of Biotechnology, she did research for her master thesis during one year exchange at the University of Virginia (USA), department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics. She received French Government Scholarship for co-tutelle PhD studies at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
She gained her professional experience while working in numerous scientific institutions in France, United Kingdom and the United States. His scientific background is enhanced by participation in research projects, international conferences and scientific publications. She gained his professional experience in renowned patent agencies.
She is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (PIRP) and of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
