Alumna of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the UMCS University in Lublin. She completed postgraduate studies in Polish and European commercial companies law at Warsaw School of Economics. She gained professional experience co-operating with trade unions, implementing procedures of collective redundancies, dealing with companies and partnerships formation, transformation, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation, as well as providing them with ongoing legal assistance. She was an academic fellow at the University of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw and Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. Entered on the roll of legal counsel with the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw in 2013. She authored a series of articles on foreign exchange regulations and civil law. She specialises in commercial and civil law. Her interests also encompass matters of labour law and foreign exchange regulations. In Piotr Korolko Law Firm, she provides corporate advisory within the areas of her specialisation, also conducting projects outside Poland, in particular in such European countries as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine. While assisting clients, she uses the English language.
