Deadlines for Preparation and Approval of Financial Statement This Year Extended Again

This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deadlines for financial statement preparation and approval, have been extended again. Just before the original deadline for preparation of a financial statement, on March 30^th, 2021, a regulation issued by the ministry of finance, came into force. On the basis of it, with few exceptions, the deadline for preparation and execution of a financially statement is extended by 3 months – until June 30^th. The deadline for financial statement’s approval also is extended by 3 months and companies have time for it until September 30^th.

At the same time, another regulation of the minister of finance was issued, on the basis of which the deadline for CIT settlement and filing a tax declaration is extended until June 30^th, 2021.
