Most companies are obliged to register in the BDO Register, as well as are obliged to fulfill other obligations in connection with protection of the environment. We help our clients to comply with the provisions concerning environment protection, in partocular we:
- verify if obtaining an entry to the BDO Register is obligatory,
- verify wheter entrepreneurs are subject to meet other obligations resultant from the Polish Act on Waste,
- represent our clients in cases related to the BDO Register,
- prepare and verify drafts of agreements with organizations of packaging recovery.
