Transfer danych osobowych do Wielkiej Brytanii po 31 grudnia 2020 r.

Zaznaczę, że pełny tytuł tego dokumentu jest znacznie dłuższy – zresztą i sam dokument nie należy do oszczędnych w słowach.
Wracając do nurtującego nas pytania należy przejść do artykułu FINPROV.10A ust. 1, który stanowi:

Powyższe oznacza, że na określony czas transfer do Zjednoczonego Królestwa nie będzie uważany za transfer do państwa trzeciego. Z praktycznego punktu widzenia oznacza to utrzymanie dotychczasowego stanu rzeczy.
Stosownie do postanowień artykułu FINPROV.10A ust. 1 wskazany powyżej określony czas ma się skończyć gdy zostanie wydana decyzja stwierdzająca odpowiedni stopień ochrony w odniesieniu do Zjednoczonego Królestwa. Okres „czasu określonego” ma jednak trwać nie dłużej niż 4 miesiące (licząc od 1 stycznia 2021), z opcją przedłużenia o kolejne 2 miesiące.
