Following the period of its transformation and integration within the framework of the European Union, Poland became recognizable as a world player. In particular, that concerns its economy – Poland is an attractive market for foreign entrepreneurs, whereas Polish entrepreneurs expand their business activity across the borders.
Such situation is a grand challenge for lawyers. Each cross-border transaction is conducted within two or more jurisdictions. The participating lawyers should render services in the legal systems regulating the project executed. It is not possible for a lawyer operating in one country to be able to act on their own to properly assist in a cross-border transaction.
