Within the scope of trademarks, the offer of the Law Firm comprises:
- conducting investigations for trademark registrability;
- preparing and filling trademark applications and representing the Client in the application procedure for:
- national trademark registration, before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland
- European Union trademark registration, before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
- international trademark registration, before the Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO)
- individual registration, directly in any countries worldwide as selected by the Client;
- litigating for the Client in trademark protection rights infringement disputes, including protection right invalidation or non-use cancellation before:
- the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, domestic administrative courts, and third parties
- the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
- the Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO)
- foreign patent offices and courts;
- entering amendments into registers, trademark protection rights renewal with domestic and foreign patent offices;
- rendering advisory and preparing trademark-related expert opinions.
